Matt and Sandy Curtis exemplified the highest quality of service you could ask for in a realtor. They made themselves available at every turn and graciously answered all of our inquiries in an expeditious fashion, sparing no details that we desired as first time homebuyers. They made the process both educational and simple. You could truly feel they had our best interest at heart! They made top notch recommendations to meet all of our needs and we always felt taken care of. They were always advocating for us and guiding us, making the process as smooth as possible and they even celebrated our victories with us as if they were our family. Because of their personal, professional, and dedicated service, we would never fail to recommend them both to anyone in search of a home!

I absolutely loved my dealings with Sandy and Matt Curtis!! They are positively wonderful people, extremely helpful throughout the entire process!! It was my first time selling a house and I was in a position I did not want to be in but they both made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for their help and support! This is the second time we bought a house with Matt and Sandy and if we buy in the future, we will use them again. They go above and beyond to ensure I am informed on properties as well as knowledgeable about the properties we were looking at. They always responded in a timely manner to questions. Matt helped me find a better interest rate on my mortgage and even contacted the city of Martinsburg to ask questions on my behalf and provide me with the contact information I needed.

My review is a little different because I am from a different perspective. I am a co-worker of The Curtis' Team, but. am also proud to say a friend. I have watched Matt and Sandy bend over backwards for their clients and do it all with fun and professionalism at the same time. They are very informative and always willing to help in any way they can to make things go as smoothly as possible for their clients.
